Corrie Stallings

Mezzo Soprano

Corrie Stallings, Mezzo Soprano

Rosina (Corrie Stallings) is not to be trifled with. As she sings in this excerpt from "Una voce poco fa", she's sweet as honey, but if you push her around she'll stand her ground. Recorded at Pittsburgh Opera's full dress rehearsal at the Benedum Theater on March 31, 2016.
Cherubino (Corrie Stallings, in a pants role) serenades Countess Almaviva (Danielle Pastin) and Susanna (Joelle Harvey) with a song explaining his confusion over his feelings - which may be love, but might just be hormones. Pittsburgh In The Round said Ms. Stallings "was a comedic delight as Cherubino, and the young woman's voice proved that she belonged in such a stellar cast."
